Wix may engage its own subprocessors. The current list should be checked in Wix’s contractual and privacy documentation. Each third-party application available through the Wix App Market operates under its own terms and conditions and must be assessed and disclosed if it receives visitors’ personal data.
Transfers Outside the European Economic Area
Wix operates infrastructure and uses service providers that may be located in several countries, including countries in Europe, the United States and Israel. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area.
Where required by the GDPR, such transfers must be based on a recognised transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where necessary. Minors

We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the level of risk. This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time; the date of its latest update appears at the top of the page. Where material changes are made, appropriate notice will be provided.
