Facing the sea,
a unique place
Decorated and furnished by Christine, the owner, a former interior designer with a keen and inspired eye, the house bears the mark of a passion for spaces inhabited with precision and elegance. Deeply attached to Grandcamp-Maisy, she has crafted each space as a unique composition, blending materials, light, and carefully chosen objects. Far more than just a dwelling, she has created a living haven, designed to envelop, inspire, and instantly evoke that comforting feeling of being at home.

A historic villa and
character
Formerly known as Haut-Fossé, this house in Grandcamp-Maisy reveals, through precious rediscovered archives, a rich and vibrant past. Faithful to this heritage, Christine has chosen to preserve its soul and authenticity, maintaining the integrity of the building while subtly infusing it with a discreet modernity in the decor.
A subtle balance between memory and a contemporary perspective.
Built in the 1820s on a former farmland called Le Haut-Fossé, the house became an elegant seaside villa in the 1920s, enlarged and transformed by an architect for a Parisian banker.
Damaged during the war but spared by bombing, it was subsequently restored over time.
Today, the house remains a very pleasant place to live, bright, open from north to south, and featuring elegantly proportioned architecture.
